VLF Fellows – Class of 2016

VLF Fellows – Class of 2016

To encourage and recognize excellence in the practice of law and public service, the VLF created the Fellows of the Virginia Law Foundation. Induction ceremonies are held annually at the January meeting of the Virginia Bar Association, held in Williamsburg. The current Fellows membership totals 469.

Fellows are nominated confidentially by their peers. Learn more about nominating a Fellow here. Said Virginia Law Foundation President Irv Blank after the 2016 Induction Ceremony, “It is often said that the Fellows of the Virginia Law Foundation represent the best of the best of Virginia’s attorneys and I certainly agree with that assessment. The Fellows are chosen after a rigorous vetting process. They are asked to contribute not only financially, but also their talents as well. They have responded magnificently on both counts. We look forward to the Fellows Class of 2016 making its mark.”

The Fellows organization is governed by a Fellows Committee appointed by the VLF Board of Directors. The Fellows Committee assists the Foundation in the fulfillment of its mission.
