Join us at the Virginia Holocaust Museum on Monday, October 15 for two hours of live-interactive CLE focused on the international and domestic legal frameworks erected to respond to war crimes, genocide, and human rights violations.
The seminar will be followed first by a luncheon sponsored by the Nuremberg Courtroom Committee of the Virginia Holocaust Museum and the Virginia Law Foundation, with generous support from VLF Fellow Jay Weinberg, and then by a brief Rule of Law Awards Program that honors individuals whose life and work emulate the highest ideals enshrined in the principals of the Nuremberg Military Tribunal and later the International Court of Justice. This year, Michael W. Smith will receive the Rule of Law Award and The Honorable Jane Marum Roush will receive the Civility in the Law Award.
