On June 6 and 7, more than 100 participants and faculty gathered at Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello for this relevant educational experience and explored important and timely topics of civil rights law, policing, legal ramifications, and potential new legislation. A virtual audience also tuned in via livestream. The Civil Rights Law Institute will be an annual event presented in partnership by the Virginia Law Foundation, The Virginia Bar Association, The Old Dominion Bar Association, and the Thomas Jefferson Foundation.
